ELIQO Naturals A2 Gir Cow Ghee is prepared using the traditional Bilona method, a slow and time-honoured process rooted in Indian household practices. It is made from the milk of indigenous Gir cows, following methods that prioritise purity, patience, and natural preparation.
Fresh curd is churned to extract butter, which is then gently heated over a low flame to obtain ghee. This careful process helps preserve the ghee’s natural aroma, grainy texture, and authentic taste, without the use of chemicals, additives, or industrial shortcuts.
