Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

At ELIQO Naturals, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, we are committed to resolving them fairly and promptly.

Exchanges & Replacements

  • In the case of an approved exchange or replacement, the product will be delivered within 3–5 days after the return pickup is completed.
  • For any delivery-related discrepancy, please notify us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.
  • For quality-related issues, please contact us within 2 days of delivery:

Upon verification, we will be happy to re-send or replace the affected product. Replacement dispatch may take 7–10 days, depending on investigation and logistics.

Documentation Required for Quality Issues

To help us resolve your concern efficiently, please share the following via email:

  • Order number
  • Image of the invoice
  • One clear image of the outer box
  • Two clear images of the damaged/spoiled product
  • Unboxing video clearly showing the issue

Additional Notes

  • In the case of multiple-item shipments, only the affected product(s) will be eligible for return or replacement.
  • All replacements are processed after due verification and internal review.
  • We assure a fair and amicable resolution in all genuine cases.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the order has not yet been shipped.
  • If a cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund.
  • ELIQO Naturals reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including, but not limited to:
    • Non-availability of stock
    • Pricing or information errors
    • Issues identified with customer or payment details

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
