Please note that free shipping is applicable only when explicitly stated as part of a promotional campaign or special offer.
Shipping Information
- A complete and accurate postal address, including PIN code, email ID, and contact number, is essential to ensure timely delivery of your order.
We request you to kindly cross-check your PIN code and contact details before placing the order. - If the ordered item(s) are in stock, they will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days.
- If any of the ordered item(s) are not in stock, they will be produced and dispatched within 10 working days from the date of order placement.
In such cases, we will keep you informed accordingly.
Delivery Timelines
- Our courier partners deliver shipments Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. - Delivery timelines are subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to unexpected transit delays, weather conditions, strikes, or logistical constraints faced by courier partners.
- Depending on the delivery location, shipments typically take 2–9 days to reach their destination.

- Currently, only standard shipping is available.
- At present, we accept orders within India only.
Order Cancellation
ELIQO Naturals reserves the right to cancel any order within 48 hours from the time of order placement.
